We left our dog Bailey ( A 90lb lab/hound mix) here for three nights while on vacation here in San Francisco. The staff was really friendly and explained everything to us. Bailey had 8 hours of play time each day, a kong with treats inside each day and they gave her a bath and nail trim before we picked her up. Not all Pet Smarts offer the boardimg service but we will always check there first in whatever area we are vacationing in.
