A good place to practice Jiu Jitsu and to get a good workout. Instructors are professional and knowledgable of their techniques when presented to the students and I get to learn much more. Would recommend coming here.

This is a great jiu-jitsu school with excellent instructors that came over from Palm Springs Jiu-Jitsu after it closed down. There are many tough guys that will provide a great roll and exercise experience, along with instruction in Jiu-Jitsu wrestling and MMA. They have classes for kids and adults and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to learn self-defense skills and get a great workout in the process.
