I called Ed to come out to our house and maintain/repair all of our door locks and deadbolts. He returned my call very promptly and came out to our house the very next day. A great communicator and pays attention to details. I found Ed to be very experienced and professional, and provided wise advice along the way. I felt confident working with Ed. He was able to quickly fix and restore everything to great working order, and I found his rates to be quite reasonable. I heartily recommend Ed for any lock and key needs.
Ed did an amazing job re-keying all of our locks (including a rather tricky Schlage programmable lock) and creating all of the extra keys we could possibly need. He was incredibly responsive, happy to answer all of my "How did you do that' questions and does quality work. If you need a locksmith give him a call!
