The unprofessional staff at this branch is mind blowing. I went in with my father to close his account and the manager told me she can't close his account. When I asked why she told me to call the 1800# and do it himself. She was sooooooo rude I couldn't believe it. Will be contacting the BBB immediately.

Terrible customer service. Long lines. Rude emplyees. Don't answer the phones. The guy in front of me wanted to cash out his account but this branch didn't enough on hand so the teller called three other branches and they didn't answer the phone either. So this guy was left with nothing BofA has been responding to negative reviews like mine for months, if not years, with same basic answer "sorry you are unhappy....." but the problems still persist. They just want your money so they can pay you zero interest and then loan it out for 7-8%.

I'm really surprised to see the bad reviews here. The tellers here are nice, as compared to Lone Tree and Antioch branches. I don't mind driving to this location from Antioch just because they have better customer service.
