Absolutely one of the best experiences working with Mark & Staff at Encore Realty. I had some adventures as a homeowner and they handled them all with professionalism, skilled expertise and experience. My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner.

Hands-down the best experience I've ever had as a tenant. I've had some terrible luck with management companies and landlords in the past, to the point that I honestly thought they were all scammers and slouches who cared only for their bottom line, even at the expense of their tenants' comfort.Encore was truly a joy to rent from. All of our concerns and maintenance requests were answered promptly and professionally. I have been with Encore for the last 3 years. It has been amazing working with them. This team is awesome! They communicate all the time; keep me posted of what is going on. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
