Went back twice after 20 something years ago, loved the service! My nails came out great! Two different ladies did my nails so far and came out Beautiful! What I asked for I got! Definitely going to keep going back.

This was my favorite nail place ever since i was young. Now i grown up and realized all the "karen" like comments bashing on this place like " wut" heck i dont really mind the flaws( nothings perfect) but the ladies in that store are sweet only if you treat them right. Don't get me wrong, i used to be like that critiquing and such but honestly idk.. I realized that sometimes its not worth it all the time. I know it's the company that should be responsible in some cases that companies can go wrong but sometimes, i feel as if we should take responsibility and be free on who we choose who we go and and not just to vent to every place and expect them to be bad for others...read full review

The staff was so friendly and nice, but the actual manicure was less than okay... As you can see my nails have burnt edges, and when I wash my hands with warm water it feels like it's scolding hot... I'm sure it was due to error with the UV lights! I also have cliff like dips in a few of my nails that I also don't appreciate.. Didn't notice until I got home so I couldn't make it aware to the nail techs.
