Do not recommend! Worst customer service ever. The bank was empty and the extremely rude teller accused me of lying and told me I could not open up an account at that branch, but could open one at the Eureka branch if I liked. Her reasoning was that "she doesn't feel comfortable." That makes no sense that she was happy to schedule an appointment at the Eureka location but refused service to me at the Arcata branch. I won't be back to dealing with this branch of US Bank in person because in my opinion- you need to have a basic understanding of math and customer service (polite attitude) to work at a bank. I went in to make a couple of transactions and was treated so rudely by one of the tellers. This teller felt the need to chime in on the private conversation between my teller and I. I wanted to order some checks and hadn't done so in about 5 years so I didn't remember much about the process and I asked for a few printed checks to get me by until my ordered checks came in.
