This is one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. The phone system is a nightmare. Their website is useless. Why enter info if all is totally ignored? Appointments take months and the doctor has no idea about her patients, their illnesses, and more troublesome, she could care less. I have been a patient here for over 30 years. This is a joke. A dangerous joke. I cannot wait to find a new doctor. I honestly believe their lack of attention will eventually kill someone. There needs to be more focus on medicine and less on how much money they can stuff into their pockets

I agree this facility used to be a good caring place to go. I have a supposed primary care doctor that i have not been able to see in 3 years. The receptionists are not very friendly nor nice. Why have a primary physician you can never see? Seriously do not waste your time here just go to urgent care if you have an issue. If you need to see a doctor it could be 4-8 weeks. Kaiser might just be better.,,,

primary care doc is never available. therefore i get referred to urgent care or a random john muir physician or physician assistant. despite several illnesses, including 2x covid with asthma , primary care doc has never followed up so it's been several years with no contact. definitely seeking other primary care office.
