The towe truck Driver Fred was amazing. Kinda hearted and cared about me and my family. Fred called to check on us while we waited for him and also took us to our hotel. Thank you Fred for being a nice guy and helping our family out.
We had to wait quite awhile for service as there was an accident that A-1 was called to, which takes priority but, we were in a van and had plenty of drinks and snacks...when the driver did arrive, he was GREAT! VERY professional, taking pictures and making sure our vehicle was ok but that we were safe too. He had to take usabout 110 miles into Tuscon and was friendly and helpful with information about hotels and car rentals. We were very pleased with our experience and want to thank him for such great service!! He was a lifesaver on a bad day!! I would highly recommend A-1 and would give more stars if I could!!Service: Car towing
My husband and I were about 100 miles from our destination (Tucson), pulling out 5th wheel from St. Louis. We stopped to get fuel in at the Texaco station just off of I-40 in Willcox. We didn't realize how low the fuel was, and coasted in on fumes. We were about a yard away from the pump when the engine died. My husband tried unsuccessfully to start the truck. A young man named Danny, an employee of A-1 Towing, happened to be there and saw our dilemma and walked over to be sure that we had a gas container in which to pump a couple of gallons of fuel to be able to move the truck.We filled the truck, and tried to start it to move on down the interstate.
