Good job and honestly it is frustrating how long it takes to complete the work but they are honest in saying so. As a block fence contractor, I found them to be very honest, punctual and they know what they are doing, they obtained the permits and passed all the inspections. Thank you very much for your work.

I honestly have no regrets hiring Su Casa. I have a background in permitting so I know the importance of hiring a company that has all of the appropriate licenses. I received estimates from several reputable companies before making my decision. The project involved setting a manufactured home, new electrical line, installing a septic system and connecting a water line. This required permits from Maricopa County Development Services/Planning and Zoning, Environmental Services, State Manufactured Housing Department and APS.
