I have had multiple schlerosis for over 35 years. I find that Pilates helps me to stay strong both mentally and physically. Lucie has worked to come up with a program that fits my needs. I look forward to our weekly sessions.

I love Surprise Pilates and Lucie! Lucie teaches us how to get the best work out by teaching us the correct forms and to be mindful of not riding the springs. She makes her classes fun and safe. Lucie understands her students and always make us feel welcome. Love her beautiful studio! And Love our awesome teachers too- Sam and Diane are amazing teachers!

At 69 years old after several surgeries and significant downtime, I wanted to do some pelvic floor strengthening. Lucie has been wonderful in working with my arthritic joints and mobility issues. We started slowly and she is an expert at modifying moves to accommodate my abilities. 3 months later, I am stronger, more toned and beginning to get back to golf! I love her studio and equipment and her caring personality. So happy she decided to open in Surprise!
