In town as snowbirds and needed to do laundry. While we were successful in our endeavor, I must admit this place needs a little TLC. Out of 22 dryers, only ten were working. I can’t imagine how awful it must be when they’re busy. The first washer we put our laundry in was somewhat filled with water. We moved our clothes, but it’s so obvious that this place needs a lot of work. I do wish this business the best. I know it’s hard to be a small guy these days.If you need change, the change machine is broken. Go to the smoothie place next door.
16 of the 22 dryers were out of order. I guess that is why Main Street Laundromat is so busy. After our wash was done we had to wait for a dryer. The change machine ran out of quarters and didn't get refilled while we were there. We don't need to go back to the Corner Laundry.
Machines are old but cheap - giving two stars cause the change machine ate my $5 bill and gave me no change back. Seems like this happens a lot because they have a sign above the change machine saying "no refunds" - I would recommend getting change beforehand.
