I used OV pools for a couple of years with no issues. Over the last several months, they wouldn't even show up. I had requested other work be done and it was either done half assed or not at all. But I did receive my bill on time, every month.
absolutely the best. our pool looks great all the time, chems are always balanced properly, equipment in tip top shape and pool always looks beautiful. great service and great communication.
OV Pools is a horrible company to deal with. Skipped weeks and lied about it. Would leave filter full of leaves and debris. When the new guy he hired left him high and dry he dropped us without notice. Now we are left with a pool that is in horrible condition. Gave them 1 star because I had to in order to post my review.
