I called the Town Florist in Mesa, a week before I needed the flower order delivery and spoke with the wonderful Christina! I was in search of a birthday bouquet for my daughter. I live in Michigan, my daughter lives in Mesa, Arizona. I also wanted to support a local florist in the area! While getting a bit of basic background information from me, Christina was so kind, knowledgeable and very 'helpful' in helping me choose what I should order -- sight unseen! I ordered the Fall 'Designers Choice!The bouquet arrived on my daughter's birthday, as planned, and she was sooo excited and happy with the flowers! Her remark, other than, Thanks, Mom... Purchased two arrangements. Both last minute but they made it happen! Not only did I get the ones I wanted, I also got them at the budget I was looking to stay within. Amazing service and truly beautiful arrangements.

Kudos to Shelby in the store and a hearty well done to the Owner, John!! So why all the excitement?!I live over a thousand miles away from this business a-n-d I needed a delivery fast in their local area.First, the pleasant way Shelby answered the telephone was most relaxing and made me feel as if I were her only client. Stress reliever right there. I actually thought I was dealing with the Owner. So then, thank you John, for hiring folks who actually understand business.
