I would refer this company to anyone who needs to have their gunite pool resurfaced. Linda is very knowledgeable and professional as she came out and explained everything to me about the resurfacing process. She even told me that I could get another year out of the pool if I wanted to wait, since I told her I just moved in. I decided not to wait and spoke with Theresa to schedule me at their earliest opportunity, which was a couple of months out. You can imagine my surprise when a couple weeks later I received a call saying she had an opening to start the next day, if I wanted them to. Of course, that made me ecstatic! AMAZING!!!! I have no words to express my gratitude to Bigblaster's Linda, Sean and Josh defenitely know what customer service is.. I was bugging them for 2 years to do something out of the norm and they finally did it and my pool is amazing!!! So Happy!!don't waste your time with other pool companies, just go straight ahead to the BEST.. Thank you again Bigblasters..

Big Blasters just finished re-servicing our pool so it's still in new status but let us say as for this moment we couldn't be any happier.The service from start to finish was exceptional. Each team showed experience and true professionalism. The entire process was fantastic. Owners were wonderful along with Donna as well. Truely a delight. Took a little over a week due to weather setback but worked out great for us. Thankful for their call backs along with showing up and finishing in a timely matter:-) I'll update if we have any issues but sure looks awesome! We recommend for sure!!!
