definitely 5 star service if you're not filing a return at Tax Shield Service then you are missing out, My altogether experience was nothing less than amazing . This company shows that they care and wont let you leave less than satisfied. I walked in not even knowing that I would be leaving with money before the tax season ha even started I was just blown away. They made sure that I understood everything about my taxes and that I wasn't left in the dark about anything. Go see them they are in West Memphis on Broadway.
I gave this place a try and come to find that it was a really good experience. The staff, Tiffany in particular was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would definitely recommend Tax Shield West Memphis if you need great service!
