After being a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, I sadly can no longer recommend Petsmart grooming. On my last visit I was informed that there would be a $15 surcharge on top of the regular fee for all future services because my dog was a senior dog. They said it was so they could provide express service. I did not need or request express service but apparently they are forcing the issue. My dog is sweet and gentle and has never caused a problem so this did not sit right with me. I am so disappointed that Petsmart has absolutely no regard for customer loyalty. I will not be back.
Went to pick my dog up after hair cut was charge premium cut of 43 dollars and was charged "extra" because it was Friday. Was never told about weekend premium prices and anything they do is premium even a shampoo. Due to the fact none of information was told to me. I will be looking for cheaper better services and the hair cut is all uneven. Looks gapped. Do not use them!!!
