Me and my fiancé are new to Arkansas and Bentonville and needed a new bank. We saw some good reviews and decided to give it a shot and open with United Bank. As soon as we walked in all the staff were so so kind and helpful and helped us get started and open an account. We were expecting to be there awhile but they got us all taken care of and out of the door in 30 minutes. Not only did they provide excellent service in person but we got a handwritten and personalized card in the mail a few days later from Mary, who helped us when we first arrived who was amazing.
