When looking for someone to repair our garage door opener, we called Affordable Overhead Doors and were able to get a service appointment the next morning. They arrived promptly after calling to confirm they were on their way. Our problem was solved in a timely and satisfactory fashion. First visit Eric? put a clamp on the broken spring, rewound the cables and got the door working again. He told me it would be several days before he could get the springs to fix the door entirely. He came back with the springs a few days later, replaced the springs on two doors, lubricated everything, and charged a very reasonable price. A lot of places would have charged two service calls, but they only charged for one.

Stands by their warranty and great service. Affordable installed our garage door last summer, today (Sunday) a cable broke and our door was stuck at a angle. Called their office expecting to leave a message for someone to hear on Monday but to our surprise Eric answered and said he would be out that afternoon. He arrived and within an hour our door was fixed and everything was covered by our warranty. Thanks for the great service.
