My mother needed her carpets cleaned so I called Safedry of Madison to go to her home in Meridianville. She was very pleased with the cleaning and asked me to write a review for her. She said to make sure I let everyone know that James was the sweetest guy and he even cleaned her kitchen mat and did not charge her.
We have used Safedry several times and they are always helpful and caring. The work is always up to par. I recommend them to friends all of the time. If you need a great carpet cleaning, call them. They will not disappoint.
Our water heater burst is why we called. We had got the carpet almost dry but it was starting to smell musty. Joe was able to save the carpet by treating it with some type of antibacterial treatment that got rid of the odor. It looks and smells good now.
