I had a great visit and loved Dr Curl . Its the patient portal I have a problem with and I can never speak with a human being to see why I cannot access it? I was reminded 200 times daily of my upcoming appt ( even up to 20 min till my appt?) then after I cannot speak to anyone? if you call you have to go through 15 options and I just got frustrated. I just want to ASK A QUESTION? what happened to customer service and a receptionist ?
