    Thirty years ago before my bank was purchased by PNC Bank, it was a pro business bank. Bank managers helped you get loans and seemed to care about business owners. PNC Bank seemed unwilling to help business owners during the PPP loan program. The way they set up their PPP loan program, business's that lack a CPA and IT department down the hall, never had a chance to obtain a loan with their complicated filling system. You will get more help at your local McDonalds order counter with loans than from this bank. Some of their branches have just terminals inside.
