Our experience was amazing! Billy answered all our questions he fixed all our problems. Also was so understanding. We reached out to see if he can help us with minor things, he was willing to help. Highly recommend!!
Billy is very responsive, back to us via texts in minutes. He came to our campsite near Ebro Fl, figured out our electrical issue in minutes (converter gone bad). Looked up the right replacement for us on Amazon, and was on to the next stop in 15 minutes total.We are especially appreciative as he was initially visiting friends at this campground, and we were add ons. He's also stopping to see the campground host as she saw his van.A definite resource to keep his number handy for the Florida panhandle.
I contacted Billy Harris with RV urgent care with a problem and within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem over the phone and solved it, this man is amazing I would highly recommend anyone who has an RV to contact him if they have any problems whatsoever he is a magician who knows his stuff, thanks Billy you mean the world to me
