I'm giving 5 stars for their professionalism and kindness to me on a very emotionally difficult day. I had to euthanize my 20 year-old cat on New Year's Day after he suddenly became gravely ill. I had prearrangements made as I naively expected him to pass away at home. I didn't realize the predicament I would find myself in having to take him to an emergency vet on a stat holiday to be euthanized.I was bouncing back and forth on the phone trying to determine when I would be done so I could drop his remains off and in the end, I was such an emotional mess at the vet that I couldn't bring myself to haul his little body back to your facility. When our best friend passed away on his own terms, at home, at the age of 13, we weren’t quite sure what to do. We called a few vet clinics in the area, and all the responses felt very clinical and routine.
