“This studio and its owner, Hanif, are fantastic. I have been attending classes for more than a year, and enthusiastically recommend them for people of all ages and abilities. I am in my late 50s and had a smattering of yoga experience through previous classes and YouTube videos, but Hanif’s approach and attention to individual needs and abilities have made Rising Hearts my yoga home, and I am so grateful for it.Specific aspects that I appreciate include:- In-studio and Zoom classes (concurrent); being on-site and in-person is my favorite way to attend, but the live Zoom classes are terrific when traveling or otherwise unable to attend in person- Attendees ranging from high school ages to older folks, each getting individualized attention- A progressive class structure that moves you from basic breathing and asanas to more advanced poses, explaining how to get the most from each along the way- A daily “rest and restore” session that easily adapts to whomever is in attendance- Detailed practice sheets shared with all new students- Hanif’s caring, attentive instruction; he is very tuned in to what his students need at every session, and balances suggestions and encouragement to meet you where you areWhat stands out most to me is Hanif’s obvious dedication to sharing breathing, movement, and mindfulness techniques to help people find more peace and good their daily lives. “I have been going to this studio for 8 years. I do both Pilates and MELT on a regular basis. Going on 71 years of age, I feel better now than I did in my fifties. I have more stamina and no aches and pains like I did when I was younger. Dianne, my trainer is always finding new ways to teach me the right techniques to make sure my workouts will make me healthier and stronger. Now that I am doing MELT, I find my Pilates workouts are more beneficial for my core, back, legs, and shoulders. There is a comradely with everyone that workouts at Tree House. It is like a social hall. Dianne designs her workouts to the people attending the class. The workouts are always changing which helps me work all muscles and learn new techniques. I get compliments all the time on my vitality and I feel one of the main reasons is my workouts with Dianne at Tree House Pilates. I LOVE IT!!!“

Every coach and all the staff makes you feel comfortable no matter where you at on your fitness level and the members are always friendly and welcoming.
