Don't be afraid to come and check it out because there are so many people and 1st timers that relate to where you are. I have been a part of a crossfit gym a few years ago in 2017 and I have never felt as comfortable as I do here. The trainers will motivate and push you with every workout while making sure your movements are done correctly. Trainers also will modify any workout you are doing to those who are just starting out and new to crossfit. The comradery in every group so far is nothing that you can get in a regular gym.
