She would never come when called at 10pm and 5:30am potty breaks, could never settle, and would practically drag my fiancé whenever on walks.Thanks to Mark @ Tip Top K9 and his broad knowledge of dog training, those behaviors are more or less gone completely and have made our lives that much easier. “I can’t say enough about how awesome Dallas Dog Palace has been! I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay.They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of.Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.“

“Animal Medical Center of Plano, has always been the best place for pet care. I have been bringing our pets here for at least 15 years. The Staff and Vets are very professional and always gives our fur buddies the best care.“

“We engaged Carla to help us incorporate our new rescue dog Moose with our 4 year old German Shepard mix, Charlotte. Although Charlotte has been in a family with another dog, she did not take well to us adopting Moose after we lost our senior dog about a year ago. We worked with Carla on both dogs, and saw the biggest difference in Charlotte after a board and train for 2 weeks and follow up tips she gave us after Charlotte came home. Charlotte has become way less anxious, no longer pulls on walks (which is huge since she is about 95 pounds), and has become way less reactive towards other dogs and animals (squirrels, rabbits, etc.) on walks (before, she would lose it). She made so much progress in such a short period of time, it truly amazed us, especially since she’s been in training before and we only saw marginal improvements. Carla also helped us understand our new dog Moose, and get us off on the right foot. Moose and Charlotte get along great now, and the house is way more peaceful than it was before. “We absolutely love The Yard Dog! The staff and quality of services are amazing. I like how friendly they are and that we can board our two dogs together in rooms with cameras which gave me some peace of mind while out of town. I also love the photos and post cards they send you. My boyfriend's dog gets so excited anytime we walk in because they are so caring and kind to her. The facility itself is really cool too. It's my favorite boarding facility I've taken a pet to. “I am one of those people that will typically only take time to write a review if the product / service was exemplary or the complete opposite. This is definitely a case of the former!We ended up coming to Valley Ranch Pet Clinic in late 2020 / early 2021 during the pandemic, after losing our beloved Golden Retriever. We used to go to another local vet, but I was very hurt when they did nothing to acknowledge our dog's passing. He was our world, and they knew it! I was so distraught over the sudden hemangiosarcoma diagnosis at an emergency clinic and having to "put him down" that I reached out to Dr. Capp to make sure I had done the right thing. She was so comforting! She had just met me and still set aside time just to speak to me about an animal she had never seen! Turns out she had Goldens in the past and understood their propensity to cancer. From then on, we were "sold".Shortly after, we brought our two senior cats to see Dr. Capp for their senior well-visit. Dr. Capp and her staff were so kind and thorough! It was such a comfort knowing we had a good vet after losing our dog. Fast forward and unfortunately, both cats have now passed away. The first went to the Rainbow Bridge in the summer of 2021 and our oldest met her there just a few weeks ago. We hadn't been into the clinic in a while because I had moved, but when I reached out recently to get the records for a younger kitty my daughter had brought in, I mentioned the recent passing, and we just received a lovely condolence card signed by the entire staff. This meant so much, particularly given our previous vet had done nothing of the sort when our sweet Golden died. I only briefly mentioned our cat's passing and Dr. Capp and team sent a card shortly thereafter. Simply amazing.I really can't say enough about Valley Ranch Pet Clinic or Dr. Capp and her staff! If you are looking for a new vet or just a second opinion, look no further!“

“I’ve been going here for years. My beautiful black kitty chachas was been a regular here for years all the way to her final day. As devastating It was one of the staff reached out to me informed me of Darla needs a home. She had one of her eye removed but the next day after the surgery, she was ready to play and live. I’m going through a personal hard time but the staff Jennifer introduced me to Darla and thanks to this vet staff and Darla, all of you have definitely saved me.If you worried about your ‘pets’ if they are in good hands or not? Come to this vet. They are in great hands. You will be greeted by two of the official welcoming kitties there.“

“I’m so very glad I found a new daycare for my dog. He seems like he enjoyed i his stay from the picture updates I got saw on Facebook. He boarded for 3 nights over the weekend ( his first boarding experience somewhere else awhile ago was not good) so I spent some time trying to find the right place for him . I am able to schedule appointments quickly and I never have to wait long for the doctor to come in the room. They take good care of my dog and are reasonably priced as well. “Larry has both trained our dog in-home and boarded her. Larry is dependable, great at communicating, and most importantly takes fantastic care of our dog Rae. He’s also a great trainer, teaching both us and our dog. We saw big improvements within a few weeks. Can’t recommend enough!“

But Summertree is the best- Katrina up at the front and the rest of the front office and vet tech are amazing and patient when it comes to your animals. Dr Nassar has been wonderful taking care of our chinchillas and a dwarf hamster. I can’t recommend this place enough!“
