She not only tells you what to do, but demonstrates it, explains what you should be feeling while doing it, and does hands on correction if necessary. All while being very gentle. “Witt Pilates is fantastic. I have been going since the fall to Newbies. Patti is excellent and makes it fun. I am strong in all of the places I was previously weak, despite exercising using HIIT, aerobics, zumba, dance, softball, and yoga. My bunions are even better and my foot pain is nearly gone. My back is stronger and my arms. My yoga practice is even better and my heels are all the way down on down dog. Patti is the best! Try it for yourself. ??“
