A+++ customer service by Ervin! Extremely professional, super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Ervin helped me check my insurance and they definitely gave him the run around but he never gave up. Even upon discovering that I was out of network and my insurance did not cover services at this location, he still helped me get the information I needed to ensure I’m able to find another provider that would take my insurance as I had experienced pain in my eye. As a result of Ervin’s attentiveness, compassion, and care for patients, I decided to pay out of pocket for my eye exam because I trusted this business. I have been going here since I moved to NYC in 2018. Truly the BEST service. Super kind, attentive, prompt staff. The best part? The doctor and staff never push purchases onto you. They’ve also price matched my contacts that I used to order from a big box store. And shipped it to me for free. This is the kind of service you never see anymore-I love ILook Eyewear!

I went to the store on vacation from San francisco. My lens had cracked and this store was the closest. Ervin, an employee there went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. I wish they had a store in the Bay Area because I now miss having such great customer service. We chatted and he had similar interests as I do and made me feel like I was at home.
