“Silja fitted me for my first pair last year at a pop up and I loved the experience. These are the most comfortable pair of glasses I have ever worn. I think the benefit of 3D scanning really helps because most of our faces are slightly asymmetrical and you can see this in your detailed eyewear report. I haven't had to push them up or readjust once all this time. I also love the fact that they are made to order so there is less waste than with mass produced companies. Something to keep in mind especially since April is Earth Month. If you are indecisive their AI also helps recommend styles that suit your face shape and you can customize many features. Now they have a store in midtown which is so convenient. I bought a second pair there and it was also a very positive experience. Thank you Silja, Reginald and Eugene. I hope more people discover this brand so they can feel and see (literally lol) the difference too.“

I was standing outside the lobby of my hotel, and saw Leonard Opticians across the street."What the hell?" I thought, and walked into Leonard. It was like walking inside a Mondrian painting. (You'll have to go there to see for yourself! It's a very wonderful shop!)I expressed my predicament, and the owner took my glasses, headed into the back, worked some sort of spectacle magic, and returned with my spare pair fully repaired.In addition, she provided me with a very nice case and cloth, and didn't charge me a dime.That's hospitality beyond measure for a befuddled tourist. Ervin helped me check my insurance and they definitely gave him the run around but he never gave up. Even upon discovering that I was out of network and my insurance did not cover services at this location, he still helped me get the information I needed to ensure I’m able to find another provider that would take my insurance as I had experienced pain in my eye. As a result of Ervin’s attentiveness, compassion, and care for patients, I decided to pay out of pocket for my eye exam because I trusted this business. “I have been going to eyes on Madison for many years. I have been loyal because the service is excellent. They are knowledgeable on all their products, types of lenses, pros and cons, suppliers, repairs, etc. They walk their talk and genuinely care about their clients. I trust them completely. I never feel rushed or pressured. I also referred my husband who had his prescription lenses filled there and purchased his frames. He was also impressed. Last week I had an issue with my frames - they are old - but my doctor asked me to wait until my eye issue resolves as that will affect my prescription. I went in to ask George about how to fix my frames and he came up with a solution, made an adjustment for me that will get me through until my eyes are ready for new glasses. He could have just told me that it was unfixable (technically it was) but he found a way to make it work by thinking outside the box where someone else would have told me it was not possible. I highly recommend them.“
