“I absolutely love this gym -- with a busy work life, finding time to consistently be at the gym has always been challenging. Sara makes morning PT sessions exciting, high energy and always finds a way to kick my butt in 30 minutes! Katie is a great leader for group sessions, and is so personable -- I love our chats before class! I signed up for their "VIP session" (including macro counting and weigh ins), it has been so easy to stay on track with counting macros through the app. Whenever I might be straying, Sarah is always there with a "check-in" reminder to keep me on track with my goals. Overall an amazing gym with such personable, friendly staff who genuinely want to see you reach your goals. 10/10 Recommend!“
