I have been going for months and couldn't be happier with the owner/instructor and the amazing peaceful studio environment. My husband and I attended the introduction to Yoga and we are still going today. The people who attend are all so nice and friendly and there is no judgement here or anyone being better than the other. Truly appreciate the friendships made here and the endless events and classes Sandy offers. She is dedicated and loves what she does and runs a fantastic and successful studio.
