One of the best finds for yoga and other healthy activities and meditation. I have been going for months and couldn't be happier with the owner/instructor and the amazing peaceful studio environment. My husband and I attended the introduction to Yoga and we are still going today. The people who attend are all so nice and friendly and there is no judgement here or anyone being better than the other. Truly appreciate the friendships made here and the endless events and classes Sandy offers. She is dedicated and loves what she does and runs a fantastic and successful studio. I started going to this center about a month ago. Glad I made the decision for the yoga classes and other classes Sandy has. I have had so much fun, met great men and women and can’t say enough about Sandy. She is amazing and I am glad I found her in a Facebook suggested post. My husband and I have made this our date night and have learned a lot from Sandy. Highly recommend this if your considering yoga, kickboxing and other classes.

Kiryoku is an incredible venue with an even more incredible woman running it. Sandy has enthusiasm that is infectious and the space is just beyond lovely. She offers such a wide array of classes and supports the community wholeheartedly. It’s a pleasure to attend classes as well as lead them there
