Loved the staff, the vibe, the aesthetic, and the energy of everyone! The yoga class was such a perfect balance of deep stretching/ release and strength. Alice was a wonderful instructor. Overall, had a lovely experience and can't wait to come back!
The tutelage of Citizen Yoga is mirrored into the students of the class. When the movements or positional postures get challenging, the energy and poise of the class helps each individual to increase their tolerance for completing the guided practice. I can't express enough how spectacular the atmosphere & yoga is at Citizen. This school with change your life. All you have to do is walk in the door. Blessings to the owner and the staff at Citizen Yoga .
Yesterday I had an amazing Vinyasa class with Kimberly. Following class she gave me a Thai massage. In a word it was phenomenal! I like the space of the studio as well. It is clean, bright and welcoming.I will certainly be back for more!
