I absolutely love going to Reach! The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly! Anytime I'm feeling sore, in pain or stiff I'm able to get it worked out and I always feeling great afterwards!!

Oh my goodness, this place will change your body, mind, and soul! You must check out this body stretching studio. If you are dealing with sciatica, lower back pain, soreness, and more, this is the place!

Be proactive about your self care and definitely stop in. Can’t recommend enough. Friendly and courteous staff. Helpful in addressing areas of pain. Clean and comfortable environment.

Reach Bodywork Studio is a one on one 30-minute myofascial stretching concept. We focus on improving range of motion, flexibility, athletic performance, decreasing pain and preventing injury. Each Stretch Specialist is specifically trained to be attentive to each person's unique body and their personal goals and needs. We work to unlock your body to reach its full potential.
