“I have used this place twice and they have provided top notch physical therapy sessions:The first time was for rotator cuff surgery recovery last summer. My physical therapist, Jillian Thompson got me back to pre-injury shape. It starts with a thorough assessment of my condition and desired end goal. She then put together sessions and exercises for home that delivered full range of motion. throughout the process she benchmarked my progress weekly and made adjustments as needed. I'm happy to report that 9 months later, my shoulder continues to work as designed with no pain!The second time was for lower back pain. An MRI identified the causes as a combination of Stenosis, Scoliosis and arthritis. This time over two months, she worked with me to strengthen my core and improve my flexibility. Given what she had to work with, me, she did wonders.I highly recommend Centre Physical Therapy, all their physical therapists take time to understand your specific issue(s) and then design a set of sessions to address the issue(s).Additionally, the Riverside location administrator, Lori is great to work with in scheduling sessions.One hopes not need physical therapy however when one does, it's nice to have a place like Centre available.“

“I’d been struggling with plantar fasciitis for a year already when I broke my big toe, exasperating my foot pain. After 2 different podiatrists and a couple cortisone injections didn’t help, a friend referred me to Julia. I cant believe how quickly I realized that everything I was doing was wrong. “I have only been going to PSI for about 2 months now. I had gone to other physical therapists in the past and none of them have been able to help me in the past 2 plus years. “I reinjured my knee while running on the prairie path, and my doctor ordered physical therapy, which I reluctantly agreed to do. Happy to report the sessions vastly exceeded my expectations. Lauren G is super knowledgeable and deployed some excellent treatment including "needling" which was truly effective. She also is very respectful of time and makes sure you get a lot out of each session. Considering how low my expectations were going in, I was really impressed with the professionalism there.“

“Had a back injury and back problems for several years. Then had disc surgery on my lower back. Doctors told me that I could not continue with my job or go back to playing golf and softball or snowmobiling (some things Dr. Lucas doesn't really recommend either), but I have continued activities I enjoy and have been going to Dr. Lucas now for over 20 years and he has helped me stay away from the back surgeon several times when I have had a flare up. I went to several other chiropractors before I found Dr. Lucas. One or two of them actually hurt my back worse with their popping and snapping treatment. Dr. Lucas' treatments work without further potential injury to your spine. Would not go to another chiropractor. Lucky to have him in the area.“
