I worked with 3 therapists in total (namely Samir, Jess, & Gino), and they all asked me questions about my lifestyle and activities so my healing could be centered on ensuring I can continue doing what I enjoy to do. When I’ve done exercises, they always maintained a careful eye on me to guide my form and posture. These special steps are often overlooked by less-effective therapists who feel they’re doing their jobs so long as their patients are physically moving with ordinary exercises. I also really appreciated the fact that my lead therapist, Samir, designed an at-home improvement routine since he knew I was moving shortly after my scheduled appointments and I wouldn’t be able to come back for more sessions if my pain ever came back. I also must say the therapy support staff members I’ve interacted with (Colleen, Jess, & Chris) showed lots of kindness and were proactive in sterilizing and maintaining the organization of equipment so less time is wasted in between exercises. Ultimately, I have completed my time at PT Solutions with less pain and more physical capabilities—I am grateful!“

“Fast results. Doctor Lembert quickly diagnosed reasons for the numbness in my hand. I had this problem for a while but after two sessions it was gone.
