“What a great find in the plethora of pilates studios. The studio is airy, and clean the equipment is a dream, it's like how a woman feels when she goes into a shoe store, I suppose...its the feeling that I get when seeing all the equipment provided. Instructors are great, professional and well versed. I had a great class today with Cathy, she kept the class moving, was just amazing and we did so much in an hour! Thank you so much! can't wait to return.“

From the front desk to the multiple therapists we have worked with, there is only utmost professionalism at Avanti Therapy. Jessica Bishop did a thorough evaluation and knows her stuff! We completed a personalized program that was consistent until we reached total recovery. At every session there is constant discussion with Jessica to ascertain what’s being worked on is helping in the recovery. While one does not wish to come back, we know if there is anything we need, Jessica will be able to help!“
“I absolutely love Hotworx! It is the longest gym membership I've ever kept. I used to dread going to the gym, as I really don't like working out with others. My gym time is my ME time, an escape from work, kids, chores, etc. And, I've finally found my gym! There's nothing better than starting my day in a dark, hot sauna burning calories in half the time of a normal gym. I mostly go during unstaffed hours, but any interactions I've had with staff have been positive. It's always clean, the other members are kind and respectful, and I actually look forward to working out everyday!!“

“I’m really enjoying club Pilates Lafayette. I have a new knee and the reformer is just what I need. The exercises are a great compliment to my PT. The teachers have been very helpful and supportive. The sign up is pretty easy and staff friendly.“
