“Going here is the first time I've seen noticeable results in my fitness -- gyms and trying things on my own never worked. Lisa and company are highly trained, can spot / correct your movement issues a mile away, and know how to adjust everything for your fitness level. I've been coming here for a while and love it. Every instructor is well educated, personable and professional, they guide you through new movements and help you stay focused and accountable. “The parking is horrendous. I drove around the block twice and had to pay for a parking garage. Especially for a 6pm class. The class is really hard and high energy. I struggled understanding what to do as this was my first time doing Pilates and there's no one in particular to follow. A lot of people were doing different variations from what the instructor said so it was difficult to follow. I felt great afterwards and will definitely want to try again now that I know what to expect“

“The only downfall is that the day pass is $35 and I had to set an appointment to buy a membership, so I couldn't even get pricing info. I only went one time and I mostly went to the therapy pool (in the locker room!) but I LOVED it and would consider getting more info on a membership in the future or treating myself here and there. They have a ton of activities, the people are really nice and helpful, the facilities are clean and it's easy to find and park. Five stars aside from the price.“
