Best gym in Denver. I've previously had memberships at Alchemy and Duality and think FitSol is by far the best workout. Its tough, there is a ton of variety, and no problem getting into the classes you want. Parking is also super easy.
Cool spot! Took a class that Emma run and it was great. I like the style of 12 exercises for 3 mins each - 40 secs on, 20 off. Emma was very helpful and attentive. She gave me pointers at every station!
Love this gym on many levels. Excellent trainers, cool atmosphere, great playlists and personal attention as I’m learning new equipment. I feel comfortable asking questions and push myself a little harder each class. Highly recommend!
