“This is the best gym I have ever gone to. The trainers always make sure you are having your best day. There is a wide variety of folks that come to this gym. Some are athletes training for their own competitive sport, others are just trying to improve their fitness, and everyone works together in classes to cheer each other on to victory at whatever stage of fitness they are at. The personal trainers are amazing. The owners, Jen and Courtney, are kind, expert at their craft, and I feel fortunate to know them. I could not recommend this gym more for wherever you are in your fitness journey.“

“Jason Paired me with Jeremy. I was super weary to see a trainer because as loud and funny of a guy that I am I do have a self esteem issue when it comes to my weight. The beauty is it is not a big crowded space so I can feel more confident in there when working with Jeremy instead of wondering what other patrons are thinking. Its a perfect place for someone with self esteem issues and these guys are super knowledgeable and not about the yelling. Highly Recommend!!!!!“

“I really like this F45 location. It got a great floor plan, the music is fire, there’s always enough clean towels, they’ve got a good mix of time slots all the way up to 6:30pm for certain days and the trainers are nice. This is more of a chill F45 branch compared to others ones I’ve been with so I think it’s perfect for beginners to the F45 experience.“
