    The owner of the studio, Gail and all of the instructors are very kind, supportive and well trained to strengthen your body and not hurt it even when you are having difficulty with certain parts of your body! I am completely confident in what they are asking me to do!

    Gail names the muscle or area of focus and explains why it may need strengthening or stretching. She is careful to cue ideal head position to protect the neck and encourage extension, not compression of cervical spine. And she includes posterior muscles in every workout to balance less than optimal posture. She bring energy and enthusiasm to the workout each time.

    I've worked out in many Pilates studios over the past 20+ years and so far Mind & Body Wellness has been, hands-down, the most nicely appointed of them all. They have all the equipment - trap tables, reformers, avalaon, barrels, etc - plus an upstairs area for classes, warms-ups and mobility. My trainer Kris Nagatani has been able to challenge me with Classical Pilates maneuvers as well as newer Basi and Foundation Training techniques to improve my flexibility, tighten my core, and strengthen my legs and upper body.
