Great gym and location, not a fan of how they’re closing the gym at 9pm Friday - Sunday. Also not matter if they’re open 24hours the cleaning crew will close and clean the sauna at 10:30pm ruining mines and everyone’s night in there! The same should be cleaned either around midnight or early in the morning.
I had a question for the 24 Hour Fitness in Ventura on Telegraph and Matt was my representative on the phone. He was professional, patient and was able to answer all my questions. Matt is an excellent representative for 24 Hour Fitness.
Pool area shower has been broken for a month or more. This should be a high priority, because if it’s not convenient people will go in the pool and hot tube sweaty. I’m thinking about fixing it myself
