“I've been getting facials and other services from both Kristen's for years (Kristen Marie & Kristen Dudum). They are both amazing!!! They are so gentle and inform you of the process every step of the way. You can easily book with them on their website. Their location in San Mateo is easy to find and has an ample amount of street parking. Inside their rooms, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Some of the services I have tried from them have been - nano-infusion, derma planning, peels, back facials, regular custom facials and most recently a hydraderm facial, which was great! I've always had problem skin and it's honestly never looked better. I've even gotten compliments for the first time in years. As an added bonus, they have a stamp card so you can receive a service for 25% on your 6th visit. Thank you so much, Kristen & Kristen!!“

“Are your lash extensions uncomfortable? Do you feel the glue? Do they get caught on your towel?? Do you look like a clown? Well, then you need to get them fixed by Cassie, stat! I came in with such a horrible experience from my last lash tech. I initially just wanted to get them ALL removed, and never have to go through that experience again, but so happy that I decided to give it another try with Cas! Yes, my lashes look GREAT, but more importantly, I don't feel them AT ALL! I forget that I even have extensions. No burning, no stickiness, and minimal fallout (I only lost 1, and that's normal). Beauty is pain, but if done right, there shouldn't be any lash damage from extensions. Which is why I plan on going to Cassie only. *P.S. Cassie is so sweet and easy to talk to! “Thank GOODNESS I found Vivian! I had been going to a different lash technician for about 8 months before finding Vivian. Since the other technician is the only person I'd ever had do my lashes, I had no idea the damage that had been done due to poor technique and improper application of my extensions. Vivian was so nice, knowledgeable, and honest about the struggling condition of my lashes and gave me feedback on not only how to avoid further damage by only applying the proper length/weight to healthy lashes and not overburdening my weakened ones but also providing recommendations for lash growth serum. Needless to say I never went back to my previous technician, and I've been exclusively going to Vivian for the last several months. My lashes have not only been repaired due to her meticulous care but have also grown long and strong due to the serum use. She is a true ARTIST! I will be loyal to her for my lashes always. Not only is she so precise and makes sure that you leave looking fabulous, but she also truly cares about the health of your lashes. As long as you follow her aftercare (which includes daily lash cleansing, avoiding super hot steamy showers, and not sleeping directly on your face lol), your lashes will last super well. I see her consistently every 2-3 weeks, and I always have compliments from my patients and their families on how full but totally natural my lashes look. “It's been about 2 years since I started to see Yen and I can still remember my very first facial with her and I've come back ever since. Yen is super professional and always makes me feel comfortable every time I see her. The congestion around my nose has diminished drastically and overall the condition of my skin has improved and I know it's due to Yen's expertise. My custom facials with her always leave me with glowy skin! During the facial, she'll explain what products she'll be using or let you know when she is about to put something on your face (I'm super jumpy so she always tells me when she is about to put a hot towel on me lol). I have not yet received the service, I will update this review when I do. But I want to share my experience with Teresa for the consultation service. I reached out to a few eyeliner tattoo services in the Bay Area, some charged just for a 15-minute consultation, and some did not spend the time to answer my questions (this is a PERMANENT decision! I do not want to make the decision lightly and just pressured me to make an appointment and put down a deposit. However, Teresa scheduled a free 30-minute consultation with me in which she answered all my questions. At no point did she pressure me to make an appointment just so she could charge me for her service. It was obvious she cared a lot and wanted me to make a decision that I would be happy with in the years to come. For example, when I asked for a more prominent outer line, she explained to me how it would translate as I get older and how it may look more unnatural at different angles. I was so glad I made this consultation with her because I learned a lot about permanent eyeliner tattoos and what to consider. Seeing the tattoo she has on herself and how it fades in the long term (she's had it for 7-8 years I think?) it was super informative as well. It fades a bit in color but in a natural way that blends in with your lash line, and it made me want to get the tattoo as long as it's done by someone who knows what they're doing! If you're considering getting an eyeliner tattoo but you're not sure if it's right for you, make a consultation with Teresa! She will be able to guide you through things to consider without pressure to make an appointment and pay anything upfront before you're ready.“

Lisa was super nice and very informative, she educated me on lash upkeep and hygiene which I really appreciated having that knowledge upfront. I did the classic set and really love how she worked the lashes to the shape of my eyes. I've had so many compliments already from family, friends, co-workers and even strangers! Renee is great, the facials and neck massages are so relaxing.The only thing is that they don't speak great english there, so communicating with the staff is a bit tricky. They're not always available if you walk into the store, so I've had success by calling and making an appointment.I keep coming back here because the price point is so good, and I honestly haven't enjoyed facials anywhere else.“
