“Went to Kim for ear piercing and she was wonderful! My ear piercings had closed so she just reopened them. Originally I thought she would need to re-pierce it but she managed to avoid my going through extra pain (and she didn't charge me for the piercing!). She is very sweet, patient and knowledgeable.
