Thank you, Grandmaster Bill Helm & students, for allowing me to experience the Chen style of Tai Chi during my short stay in San Diego . I would recommend this school to anyone interested in Chen Tai Chi. Health & Longevity to you all.

I have learned and relearned Tai Chi at the Taoist Sanctuary multiple times over the years. I met my wife Lydia here nearly 30 years ago. Several years ago I had an injury that impaired my sense of balance and ability to think clearly. I returned to take Tai Chi classes with the Seniors group and I credit the Tai Chi with helping me recover. The Sanctuary and Bill Helm have been very good to me.

Bill, is awesome in Chinese Massage. It's not touchy feely, it's encouraging chi to flow freely to enable healing. Lifeguards have gone to him when their rescues have caused injury. I know another person who could not raise her hand up over her head to brush her hair. One massage allowed her to move it almost into brushing position, after the second one she was good to go. I've gone for sinus' issues, feeling sluggish, sore muscles. I highly recommend going for a refreshing message.
