Incredible staff and very professional environment. I had seen a member get injured while on the mat and the team brought him an ice pack immediately and had emt's arrive in less than 10 minutes. The quality and variety of classes is unbeatable, and their flexibility towards working with you to progress to competitions is excellent.

Friends/acquaintances I know said to try out Jiu-jitsu since back home from Guam. I didn't put much thought into it until a coworker encouraged me to give it a try. It's been 4 weeks now training at Atos HQ here in California, and I'm more motivated to hone the techniques I learned. The professors and coaches are knowledgeable and thorough with their technique lessons. The other students are fun to train together, honing our techniques and whatever styles we are fit for. Overall, I'm enjoying the lessons, the people I meet/training with, learning something new, improving myself, and with the art style based on my body weight now vs later in the future.
