“Dr. López diagnosed a rare skin disease that I developed in 2002 and has been treating it successfully ever since. I had gone to four dermatologists who could not diagnose or treat the problem. You can't imagine the frustration I felt with my body covered in a rash for nearly a year and no one able to get to the bottom of it. Dr. López is the best of the best--extremely wise and knowledgeable. Also, he is very respectful and courteous with his patients, your typical "old-school gentleman." I have sent several friends to him and they have all been more than satisfied. 9/14/15 I would like to update this review and express my great appreciation for Dr. López' time, patience, and expertise in handling a recent issue that came up for me. Once again, he came through when other doctors had mishandled my diagnosis. His staff were amazing as well. If you are looking for a dermatologist to diagnose and treat a skin disease, Dr. López is the best. June 2017. Once again Dr. López came through for me. He found a squamous cell cancer in a delicate spot on my nose (more serious than the usual basal cell carcinomas that I tend to get) and was able to treat it successfully without damaging the cartilage or changing the appearance of my nose.“

“Dr. William Heimer was my dermatologist for 30 years. Apparently, he retired and sold his practice to Dr. Seaver Soon in 2019. If anyone knows how to contact him, I'd like to personally thank him for keeping me out of serious skin trouble all those years. The new office said they have no way to reach him, unfortunately.“

“I don't receive regular care at MedDerm, but recently had a wonderful experience here as I sought to have a milia removed. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to be seen, scheduled for a consult appointment just a few days following my outreach, after being informed by other dermatology offices in the area that they were booking months out. I was seen by Dr. Doong, who was able to quickly remove my milia that same day. The entire process was so smooth and everyone I encountered - the front desk staff, medical assistant, and doctor - were so friendly and pleasant. I also paid out of pocket and found the price to be quite reasonable. I would happily return if I had another skin issue requiring attention.“

“There is additional parking around the back and the facility was clean.The doctors receptionists need to improve their customer service.However, I do recommend the lab. I did a walk in without an appointment. It was fast.The lab receptionist was a man who provided great service. The lab tech Debbie was stellar! She got my vein on the first try and there was no pain or bruising after.“
