I don't receive regular care at MedDerm, but recently had a wonderful experience here as I sought to have a milia removed. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to be seen, scheduled for a consult appointment just a few days following my outreach, after being informed by other dermatology offices in the area that they were booking months out. I was seen by Dr. Doong, who was able to quickly remove my milia that same day. The entire process was so smooth and everyone I encountered - the front desk staff, medical assistant, and doctor - were so friendly and pleasant. I always see PA Blake and am treated so well. The front desk staff was kind, funny, and helpful. Got into my appointment quickly, was able to ask all of my skin care questions and had my concerns addressed. I go once a year for a skin check and feel they are very thorough, taking notes and photos for future reference.

excellent clinic, I loved the staff and the facilities. everyone is very helpful, in particular I loved my experience with Dr. Lee: very professional but not stiff or distant, very caring and helpful in providing information and follow ups. kudos to Angel for his professional but very personable attitude. my only critique is that it's hard to reach them on the phone, the waiting time is always very long.
