The studio, is nice, organized & very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Stephanie is a great instructor! And Andrea is always great at helping out if one has questions. I’ve tried other classes which are different levels and great classes but for now, I’m back @ level 1 since this is my 6th week. I’m stretching muscles I didn’t even know I had!
